Ralph B. “Rapid Ralph” Denson, Jr., 82, a resident of State Route 3 in Sandy Creek, passed away Friday, at the VA Hospital in Syracuse. Ralph was born in Oswego, the son of the late Ralph and Rose (Petroski) Denson, Sr. He was a life resident of the area. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as an operating engineer, working on many area jobs. He was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers. Ralph was formerly a well-known racer at the Oswego Speedway, driving car number 67. He was a member of the Sandy Pond Sportsmen’s Club and was a veteran of the US Army. |
